Minister of Information, Melhem Riachy, on Tuesday indicated that the journalists' immunity draft was still "pending between the presidency and the premiership."
Riachy maintained that the Lebanese Forces' ministers had expressed objection to the government's performance, especially regarding Télé Liban issue.
Accordingly, he revealed that he would bring all details to public attention "so that everybody bears their responsibilities."
"Nothing justifies the failure to accomplish appointments at the state television, expect for political quotas, in which the LF will never partake," he underlined.
Furthermore, Riachy said that there was no tangible censorship of the press liberties. "Freedom is more important than the press, as it is unlimited."
