Customer Service Operator
We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to join MTV Lebanon Digital Department.
Responsibilities
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Handle questions and concerns with speed and professionalism regarding Website, Application and TV Station
- Work closely with digital team during emergency or non-emergency situations
- Answer and route incoming requests to specific departments
- Update the knowledge directory and provide changes to Supervisor
- Manage large amounts of phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 + months of experience in a busy, customer service-oriented position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to think strategically, to anticipate impacts/problems/issues and offer solutions or ideas for change
- Strong soft skills and communication skills
- Proven experience in working directly with customers in service or sales roles preferred
- Provide training for new Customer Service Operators
