Hoballah asks Diab to reopen key industrial sectors, exclude them from lockdown

Caretaker Minister of Industry, Imad Hoballah, on Friday sent a letter to Caretaker Prime Minister, Hassan Diab, in which he proposed reopening some basic industrial sectors and excluding them from the lockdown decision in effect.
He suggested applying stringent measures with factories and functioning with a 30% of their workforce capacity.
Hoballah also suggested mandatory measures to conduct PCR tests on a monthly basis.
