The Lebanese national football team defeated Sri Lanka 3-2 (first half 3-1) in the match that took place between them on Saturday morning in South Korea, in the first stage of the Asian Group H qualifiers, qualifying for the World Cup Qatar 2022 and the Asian Cup in China 2023.

Lebanon is set to compete, respectively, with Turkmenistan and South Korea.

It is worth noting that if Lebanon wins one of the two matches, it will qualify for the Asian Cup finals and continue to the World Cup.
