Minister of Finance, Dr. Youssef Khalil, on Friday met in his office at the Ministry with Minister of Telecommunications, Johnny Corm, with discussions touching on issues related to the telecom sector problems and means of addressing them.

Minister Khalil also met with the European Ambassador to Lebanon, Ralph Tarraf, who came on a congratulatory visit.

Discussions touched on the bilateral relations.

The Minister also received Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Dr. Yasser Alawi, who expressed his Country’s continuous support to Lebanon.

On the other hand, Khalil held a meeting with a delegation from the Trade Union Coordination Committee, headed by Nazih Jabawi, over the current situation of  teachers and ‘back to schools’ issue.
