The Lebanese Interior Minister, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, signed on Friday a joint decision with the Foreign Minister, Ambassador Abdallah Bou Habib, to appoint a joint committee to determine the minutes of applying the chapter related to the voting of Lebanese people not residing on Lebanese territory, in accordance with Article 123 of the electoral law.
