Representing the President of the Republic, Justice Minister Henry Khoury laid a wreath on Sunday at the statue of late president Bechara El-Khoury in the area of Ras al-Nabaa in Beirut, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of Lebanon’s independence, in the presence of family members of the late president.
