Syrian ambassador says Syrians' travel needs coordination between both states

Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul Karim Ali said Saturday that the newly adopted measures by the Lebanese state, requiring a visa from Syrian citizens wishing to enter Lebanon, are meant to organize the situation due to the heavy refugee flow into the country.

"We understand [these measures], but the issue of the entrance and exit of Syrians needs full coordination between concerned sides from both countries," said Ali, adding that his country supported the Lebanese state.

"The matter requires proper diagnosis and full organization between the two states."
