Salam declares decrees require only signatures of attending ministers

Prime Minister Tammam Salam stressed that effective decrees are contingent to the signatures of attending ministers.

Salam noted that ministirial decisions will not require all signatures as established in the new agreement, al-Hayat newspaper reported.
