Hennaoui Warns Military Institution a 'Red Line'

Youth and Sports Minister Abdel Matlab Hennaoui criticized the government for delaying the military personnel's 'limited' salaries.

 

"What do we tell the martyrs' families? Do we tell them that a political component is obstructing the work of the government and depriving you of your payroll? He lambasted in an interview with Akhbarlyom News Agency, stressing that the military institution is a 'red line.'

 

Hennaoui upbraided feckless ministers who fail to recognize the vital role of the army is playing in protecting the country, especially troops stationed on the eastern and southern borders and in Arsal.
