Head of the Free Patriotic Movement (FPM), and Foreign Affairs Minister Gebran Bassil, said on Sunday that Lebanon, which was deprived of the National pact, was not a country.
Bassil's words came on Sunday in a speech during the commemoration of October 13 of 1990 events, in Baabda.
He said that the dream of his party was to clean the country from corruption, and "this dream requires a lot of work."
"As we fought for liberation, we are currently fighting for the national pact. Lebanon has been freed of guardianship and occupation," he added.
Bassil said that FPM also longed for Michel Aoun in Baabda Palace, from where he will address the "glorious people of Lebanon."
He said that his dream was to see Aoun supported by all Lebanese leaders.
