Finance Minister, Ali Hassan Khalil, confirmed on Tuesday that his political party will not boycott tomorrow's presidential election session, but will vote against presidential candidate, Free Patriotic Movement Leader, MP Michel Aoun.
Khalil went as far as saying that his political party was also willing to join opposition ranks.
"Our problem with Aoun doesn't get resolved by a mere visit. Gebran Bassil always discusses constitutionality, but never national accord, which signifies the return to the pact of 1943 of Maronite and Sunni duality -- a thing which we utterly reject and will confront," he concluded.
