The Health Committe in the Crisis Cell at the Municipality of Barja released on Saturday its daily report on coronavirus indicating that "two laboratory-confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded for two people who came from abroad, a man and his wife, who are residents of Barja, after conducting tests on 4 people”.
The report pointed out that "only one result has not been released yet."
The report added that those who were in direct or indirect contact with the infected people have been informed of the news, and they were asked to self-quarantine for 14 days.
The committee confirmed that it is following up on the Lebanese returnees, in terms of ensuring that they adhere to the mandatory quarantine, and that it is following up on their health conditions carefully.
