The CNF, member of the Lebanese Civic Coalition (LCC), held its regular meeting, and discussed the local developments, especially the continued humiliation of the Lebanese people and the deepening tragedy and disasters caused by the corrupt criminal regime, which caused the collapse of the State medical, food, communications, electricity, fuel and other services. Nothing but full chaos and a systematic explosive disintegration are promised. The participants affirmed the following:
1- The deliberate obstruction and never ending conditions to prevent the formation of a rescue Government, and the Machiavelli humiliation of the Lebanese People to access their money, food, medicine and services are irrelevant to the Constitution or public good. This is a proof that the pillars of this regime ignore moral obligations and have committed national treason. Action must be taken!
2- The reality of the growing and frightening collapse of the services, following the collapse of State Institutions, and the using of this reality to justify the looting of whatever deposits the Lebanese continue to have in the Central Bank reserves under the pretext of financing necessity, is a full-fledged organized crime, and an unacceptable transgression of the constitutional, legal and administrative rules.
3- The promise to import Iranian oil from outside the duly recognized Lebanese system, regardless of the suffering of the Lebanese, proves beyond reasonable doubt, that "Hezbollah" is disdainful of the state, its systems or institutions, and the intervention of the Secretary-General's about the suffering of the people does not conceal the fact that he is the main culprit by the kidnapping sovereignty, indulging in smuggling, disrupting solutions, preventing reform, destroying institutions and violating borders - in collusion with state figures. Except that this intimidation may not lightly take the Lebanese people, who know the truth about who decides in Lebanon. Let Hezbollah and his allies stop smuggling, and many of the depleted sectors will straighten up.
4- The tailor-made drafting of the Capital Control Law to better suit stakeholders, mafias and cartels that had previously smuggled their money, and are now focused on justifying the continued lock-up of the depositors' money and the obstruction of their interests, is no excuse to the forever offenders of smuggling, especially after the October 17 Revolution. It is nothing more than blackmailing citizens and extorting their private deposits, while throwing them into a cycle of misinformation, humiliation and begging. This does not eliminate two facts: the first is the mismanagement by the financial regime, both official and private, of public funds and private deposits without consideration of assets and risk controls. Second: that any malicious bribery is rejected, because deposits are a sacred right, and they must be returned in full without conditions, and holding prejudice to them under the pretext of the enforced funding of corrupt and bankrupt sectors is forbidden... Judgement Day will inevitably come.
The CNF, a member of the Lebanese Civic Coalition (LCC), as it commends the French initiative to organize a conference to support the Lebanese army on October 17, as an expression of its belief in Lebanon and its army, calls on the friends of Lebanon to put pressure in all directions, to isolate the Regime and help produce a rescue alternative from the lively societal forces. It stressed that the natural entry point to democratic change on constitutional grounds is the parliamentary elections to re-create a legitimate and constitutional authority and restore the State.
