Caretaker Minister of Public Health Firas Al-Abiad, and UNICEF Representative in Lebanon Edouard Beigbeder, on Friday signed the joint action plan between the Ministry of Public Health and UNICEF for the next three years.

The plan includes details of cooperation projects, for which a budget of about $86 million has been allocated, provided that the two parties commit to implementing it within the time period specified in the agreement.
