Social Affairs Minister Richard Kouyoumjian expressed Sunday his feelings of shame before the Lebanese citizens, saying via his Twitter account: "I feel ashamed...for a government that adds 40 billion pounds to the Displaced Ministry's budget after spending hundreds of millions of dollars on the displaced dossier within 30 years, fails to pay its dues to institutions that provide social welfare and care for thousands of citizens with special needs."
