Rifi calls for speeding up Islamist inmates trials

Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi called for speeding up the trials of Islamist inmates detained in Roumieh prison, stressing that justice would ward off all kinds of violence, chaos and retaliatory acts.

Rifit also stressed the need to maintain "fruitful cooperation" with the Special Tribunal for Lebanon.
