Bogdanov to al-Mustaqbal: We are set to arm Lebanon

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov stated that his country welcomes Former PM Saad Hariri's desire to purchase Russian arms with the Saudi USD 1 billion grant, noting that his country is willing to cooperate with all the Lebanese demands in that area.

In remarks published in al-Mustaqbal newspaper Saturday, Bogdanov assured that the Russian grant given to Lebanon during Hariri's term in 2010 has been activated and Russia is all set to begin supplying the Army with weapons.
