Citizen Shot in Chest over Right-of-Way

Lebanese citizen Kassem Ismail sustained a gunshot wound to his chest near Jabbana Brital square after being fired at by a wanted fugitive Aa.T., also known as 'al-Douri,' over right of way to traffic, the state-run National News Agency reported.
