Head of Medical Laboratories’ Owners Syndicate: 11 accredited hospitals for coronavirus testing

Head of the Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon, Dr. Ghassan Al-Amine, and Head of the Lebanese Syndicate of Medical Laboratories Owners, Dr. Mirna Germanos Haddad, on Wednesday held a joint press conference at the "Doctor's House", attended by former Syndicate Dean, Dr. Christian Haddad,  Public Health Minister’s Advisor, Dr. Wael Hassan, and members of the sub-committee branching from the Medical Laboratories’ Syndicate.

Speaking at the press conference, Dean Haddad said that eleven hospitals are accredited in Lebanon to conduct the COVID-19 tests, pointing out that the names of the accredited hospitals and other govt hospitals are listed on the Syndicate’s electronic website and the Public Health Ministry’s website.

“The main objective of this work remains the safety and security of the citizen and the control of information under direct supervision by the office of the Minister,” she said.
