Frangieh: We will no longer interfere in ‘appointment bazaars’

Marada Movement leader, MP Sleiman Frangieh on Friday said via Twitter, “We have previously said that we do not want a share of appointments and that most of what we sought was the truth, which has emerged. We thank the Prime Minister for his return to his conscience and his admission that these appointments were merely based on shares and quotas”.

“Admitting one’s error is a virtue! We hope that competence will prevail through a deliberate and transparent academic mechanism in future appointments. In any case, we will no longer interfere in appointment bazaars, but we will bless the winners!” Frangieh added.
