Abdel Samad congratulates Lebanese on Ramadan, commemorates Armenian genocide

Minister of Information, Manal Abdel Samad, tweeted on Friday: "We welcome Ramadan this year under difficult health, economic and social circumstances, and the timing coincides with the commemoration of the Armenian genocide which we condemn just as we condemn all crimes targeting civilians and innocent people. May this Holy month bring along a conclusion to these exceptional circumstances, and many healthy and happy returns to all."
