Investigative Judge hears director of Deir Ammar plant's labs in fuel fraud case

Mount Lebanon's First Investigative Judge, Nicolas Mansour, on Monday heard the testimony of the director of laboratories at the Deir Ammar power plant, Monzer Minqara, in the fuel fraud case.
