Army chief meets ICRC's Martin

Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received on Wednesday at his Yarzeh office the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation to Lebanon, Christophe Martin, with talks reportedly touching on the means to bolster joint cooperation between the two institutions.
