Lebanon, WB sign loan contract for social safety net program

Lebanon and the World Bank have signed the loan contract for the social safety net program, during a meeting held at the Grand Serail under the chairmanship of Caretaker Prime Minister Hassan Diab, in the presence of ministers Zeina Akar, Ghazi Wazni, Ramzi Musharrafieh and Charbel Wehbe, in addition to PCM Secretary General, Judge Mahmoud Makie and Mrs. Marie Louise Abou Jaoudeh.
The Regional Director of the Mashreq Department at the World Bank Group, Saroj Kumar Jha, and Mrs. Mona Kouzy, Hanine Al-Sayyed, Zeina Khalil and Jihane Rached attended the meeting on behalf of the World Bank.
