"Honking" causes altercation, stampede and shooting

Clashes erupted at the Corniche in Sidon, during which a gun was fired into the air, as a result of a quarrel between a driver who honked incessantly and customers at a nearby cafe. 

The security forces intervened and arrested the shooter.
