Fayad and Al-Hajj detained in Beirut explosion case set free

Judicial investigator in the crime of Beirut port explosion, Judge Tarek Bitar, issued a decision on Friday to release General Security Major, Daoud Fayad, and engineer Nayla Al-Hajj, responsible for the company contracting the maintenance of ward No. 12 at the port.
