Bitar adjourns Zeaiter's interrogation session to November 9

Judicial investigator in the Beirut port explosion case, Judge Tarek Bitar has postponed until Tuesday, November 9 the interrogation session of MP Ghazi Zeaiter, after the latter's legal representative, Samer Hajj, submitted formal pleas about the Judicial Council's lack of jurisdiction to prosecute Minister Zeaiter, given that such prerogative belongs to the Supreme Council for the Trial of Presidents and Ministers.
