President Aoun signs officer promotion decrees

President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, signed on Wednesday the officer promotion decrees in the military body as they were received by the government’s presidency, with the exception of the promotion from the rank of colonel to the rank of brigadier general, due to not sending these decrees for the two years prior to signing.
