US dollar exchange rate reaches record high

The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Lebanese pound on the black market continues to rise on Tuesday; reaching 32,450 LBP for sale and 32,350 LBP for purchase in the morning, before increasing at noon and reaching a record high of 33,100 LBP for sale and 33,000 LBP for purchase.
