Lebanese Manon Ouaiss wins gold medal at Asian Alpine Ski Championship

Lebanon won on Saturday a gold medal in the long slalom competition for the women's category by skier Manon Ouaiss within the 30th Asian Championship for Men and Women in Alpine Skiing, organized by the Lebanese Ski Federation at Mzaar Ski Resort in Kfardebian, under the auspices of the President of the International Federation, Johan Eliasch, and with the participation of 11 countries, which concluded today.
Ouaiss returned to Lebanon to participate in the Asian competition, coming from China after her participation in the Winter Olympics, which were held in the Chinese capital, Beijing, where she achieved good personal numbers.
After winning the gold medal in the Alpine Ski Competition, the President of the Lebanese Ski Federation, Freddy Keyrouz, congratulated Ouaiss on behalf of the Federation’s administrative committee for her remarkable achievement.
