Weather: Partly cloudy, active dusty winds

Thursday’s weather is expected to be partly cloudy coupled with active and dusty winds, poor visibility, as well as a noticeable drop in temperatures during the morning period. Temperatures rise again significantly at noon and warnings  against the danger of forest fires persist, according to the Beirut airport-based meteorology department.
