Defense Minister visits military court: An edifice of justice, wisdom, and impartiality

Minister of National Defense, Maurice Sleem, on Thursday affirmed that the military court, with all its bodies and judges, constituted a distinguished edifice of justice, wisdom, impartiality, as well as speed considering all judicial matters within its jurisdiction.
Sleem praised "the sacrifices of its employees and the great efforts they exert working transparently and professionally to reach the truth and to establish justice, in accordance with laws and principles."
Minister Sleem’s words came during his visit to the military court, where he met with its president, Brigadier General Ali Al-Hajj.
The Minister of Defense also praised "the positive role and complementarity between civilian judges and officers, especially in light of the large number of files that require utmost accuracy and professionalism.”
