Makary discusses joint issues with Arab League’s Khattabi

Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, on Monday welcomed at his ministerial office the Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ambassador Ahmed Rashid Khattabi. Ambassador Khattabi briefed Minister Makary on the atmosphere of his visit to Lebanon, during which he headed the League of Arab States’ mission to monitor legislative elections.
During the meeting, the pair reviewed several joint issues that involve the work and meetings of the League of Arab States.
For his part, Minister Makary reiterated Lebanon's intention to host the events of “Beirut the capital of Arab media” for the year 2023.
