Mikati offers condolences to Maj. Gen. Ibrahim on his father's death

Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati on Wednesday visited the General Security Chief, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, at his residence in the southern town of Kawthariyat al-Siyyad, and offered condolences on the passing away of his father Kadhem Ibrahim.
