Culture Minister meets Qatari Ambassador

Caretaker Minister of Culture, Mohammad Wissam Mortada, met on Wednesday with the Qatari Ambassador to Lebanon, Ibrahim al-Sahlawi, over an array of public and cultural affairs, in addition to the situation in the Arab world.
