Ibrahim, Tarraf discuss array of local issues

The General Director of Lebanon’s General Security, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, on Tuesday welcomed European Union Ambassador to Lebanon Ralph Tarraf, with whom he discussed the country’s general situation, the existing cooperation between the General Security and the European Union, as well as Syrian refugee affairs.
