The tenth parliamentary was held on Thursday morning to elect a new president but it ended with the same scenario: No President!
After the end of the vote counting process, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri announced the results as follows:
- White papers: 37
- Michel Moawad: 38
- New Lebanon: 6
- Issame Khalife: 8
- Ziad Baroud: 2
- Charter: 9
- Salah Honein: 2
- Consensus: 2
- Null votes: 3
Speaker Berri did not set the date for the eleventh session.
