Foreign Affairs Committee briefs 19 foreign diplomats on grave effect of Syrian refugees on Lebanon’s economic, social, and health situation

The Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee on Wednesday held a meeting chaired by MP Fadi Alameh, in the presence of 19 ambassadors from countries concerned with refugee affairs.
MP Alameh clarified that the purpose of the meeting was to exchange information following talks held with concerned ministers and institutions over refugee-related issues.
“The MPs informed the 19 diplomats on the details of the crisis, and the figures which prove the grave effect of Syrian refugee crisis on the Lebanese economic, social, and health situation,” Alameh added.
