Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Abdallah Bou Habib, on Friday welcomed in his office, US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf, in the presence of US Ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy Shea, and the accompanying delegation.
