Acting General Security chief, General Elias Al-Baysari, met on Tuesday, with Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Abdallah Bou Habib.
The pair reportedly discussed the means to facilitate passport obtention for the Lebanese expatriates.
