Chehayeb from the Grand Serail: Mikati is keen on academic year's success

Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati received, at the Grand Serail, MP Akram Chehayeb and an accompanying delegation from the Progressive Socialist Party.
"The purpose of our visit is to rescue the academic year, preserve the rights of the educational body, and protect public education in Lebanon," said the Democratic Gathering parliamentary bloc member following the meeting.
"PM Mikati is utterly keen on the success of the next academic year," he added.
"We will follow up on this issue with the education minister and all the concerned sides," he said.
