The Israeli military launched around 10 artillery shells into the open area between Kfarkila and Deir Mimas in response to missile fire from the Hezbollah.
Hezbollah, in response, declared, "We fired missiles at an Israeli tank stationed at the Avivim barracks, resulting in casualties among its crew."
