FPM voices solidarity with Iranian people

The Free Patriotic Movement expressed deep condolences to the Iranian people and officials over the death of President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, and their companions in a helicopter crash on Sunday.
"The FPM voices condolences with the Iranian people," said the group in a statement.
"We cannot forget Iran's standing by Lebanon in its hardest days and its conflict with Israel," the statement added.
"We wish for Iran permanent stability, safety, continuity in its constitutional institutions, and the continuation of the friendship ties between Lebanon and Iran," it concluded.
