Wafiq Safa, the head of the Liaison and Coordination Unit in Hezbollah, attended personally in the front rows of participants at the speech by Hezbollah's Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, during the one-week commemoration of Fouad Chokr, in a clear response to reports that claimed he had been detained.
