Hamieh: The airport is fully operational and will continue to function vibrantly

Caretaker Minister of Public Works Ali Hamieh published on X: "The airport is lit and operating through its generators. The Minister of Energy and the Electricité du Liban promised that tonight the electricity supply will be restored by the institution, especially since this supply through generators is an exception that cannot be maintained, as it is not a sustainable rule."

Hamieh added that Air France has resumed its flights to Beirut's Airport, and stressed that the "facility will always be vibrantly alive."
