Watch: The Bidens Host Final Halloween Celebration in Panda Costume

President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden greeted trick-or-treaters in Washington on Wednesday night during their final Halloween celebration at the White House.
Dr. Biden was especially festive. She dressed up in a panda costume for the event.
The trick-or-treaters got to meet the Bidens, were given candy and got to play on the South Lawn of the White House. But there was also a heavy emphasis at the celebration on reading.
The theme of the event was “Hallo-READ!” and was meant to inspire the children attending to pick up a book themselves.
