Abiad: Over 4,000 dead, 16,000 injured amid ongoing Israeli aggression

In a press conference at the Ministry of Health, Lebanon's Caretaker Health Minister Firas Abiad provided an updated near-final toll of casualties resulting from the ongoing Israeli aggression.
Abiad announced that "so far, 4,047 martyrs and 16,638 injured have been recorded," noting that the majority of deaths occurred after September 15.
Minister Abiad cautioned that the actual numbers might be higher, as "there are martyrs whose deaths remain unreported."
