Abou Faour: Rashaya clash was with theft gang, not Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham

Member of the Democratic Gathering bloc, MP Wael Abou Faour, issued the following statement:
"I contacted the Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, who assured me that the clash that occurred in the Deir El Aachayer area in Rashaya was with a theft gang, not with members of Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham.
I reassure our people in Rashaya that there is no cause for concern. Our Lebanese Army is present, has our full confidence, and we stand behind it in every step to strengthen security."
