Patriarch Aphrem II visits President Joseph Aoun

President Joseph Aoun met at Baabda Palace with the Patriarch of the Syriac Orthodox Church, Aphrem II, who hoped for a swift government formation.
“We came here to support the President of the Republic,” said the Patriarch following the meeting.
“We hope that the government will be formed as soon as possible,” he added, stressing that economic reform must be among its top priorities.
